- Visayas & Mindanao: 8–13 business days

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your items. They must be:
- Unworn
- With tags intact
- Not embroidered or customized
Just message us on Facebook or Instagram! From there, we’ll guide you through the process and let you choose between:
- A courier pickup from your address
- Sending the item to us via Lalamove/Grab
You’ll receive a text with your shipping tracking number once your order is ready to go. If you didn’t receive anything, feel free to chat with us. Just keep your Order ID or name used in the order on hand.
Yup, cancellations are allowed on the same day the order was placed. If the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it anymore.
Well, it depends! If embroidery hasn’t started yet, we can still update it. Just message us ASAP. Once the item has been embroidered, changes can’t be made.
